This fabulous itinerary begins in the semi-tropical Bay of Islands where you will spend three fabulous nights in a private luxury villa at Eagles Nest. With your own infinity pool and all the creature comforts you could imagine, this is a wonderful base from which to begin your vacation. Allow chef to come to your villa and prepare dinner, or they can discreetly drop off some fabulous fresh ingredients and leave you in the privacy of your villa to prepare your own wonderful dinner. During your stay enjoy a half day private cruise of the beautiful Bay of Islands.

From the Bay of Islands you will travel to geothermal Rotorua and stay at Treetops Lodge. Enjoy the fabulous native forest and wild life that call Treetops home as you take a guided horse trek throughout the property.

You will leave the North Island and fly south to Nelson, and then into the Abel Tasman National Park and your tranquil setting for the next three nights at Awaroa Lodge. A simple setting, Awaroa boasts golden sands at its doorstep and the opportunity to hike and sea kayak along this glorious coastline.

Leaving Nelson you will drive down the romantic and rugged West Coast before travelling through the Southern Alps to Grasmere Lodge, your safe haven for the next two nights amidst the towering mountains. Relax and enjoy the great hospitality at Grasmere Lodge, where you might choose to go hiking in amongst some of the most beautiful scenery.

From Grasmere Lodge you will continue south to Lake Wanaka, at the foot of Mt Aspiring National Park, passing by the alpine fed glacial lakes of the central South Island. In Wanaka you will stay at Whare Kea Lodge, and from there you will experience the thrill and grandeur of the Milford Sound with a memorable private helicopter flight into this stunning land of fjords and waterfalls.

You will then have one further short hop across to the international resort town of Queenstown.Here you will stay at Azur Lodge, which features outstanding views across Lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables Mountains. Azur is close enough to town that you can easily enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops on offer, but far enough away that you discreetly hide and enjoy relaxing in this wonderful region. Take a trip on the renowned Dart River jet boat which showcases some of the scenery famous from ‘Lord of the Rings’, as well as choosing from the abundance of adventure, adrenaline and scenic activities on offer!
