Grasmere Lo
dge, dramatically situated in the Southern Alps, forms the heart of a traditional high country station and has delighted guests for over fifteen years. "Having matured along with the Lodge since it opened, I have seen many changes, not only to Grasmere but also the development of some very special properties around the country. I aim to ensure each guest has a terrific experience, making myself available and approachable to all guests without encroaching on their privacy. As a born and bred local I take great pleasure imparting my intimate knowledge of the area and its unique people. With the help of a great team I enjoy showcasing the High Country with authentic casual professionalism."

Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 22 years and having now spent more than ten years in New Zealand, Heiko Kaiser and his team at Treetops Lodge underst
and what service means. "My vision and passion is to provide quality service and five star-plus amenities that all guests deserve - ensuring Treetops Lodge maintains its profile as a well respected exclusive luxury lodge. One of my favourite experiences to share with guests is standing on the edge of a live volcanic crater! From Treetops a White Island Active Volcano Tour is a must! You will fly by helicopter from Treetops’ own helipad, to White Island and land for a guided walk around this volcanically active island, once home to factory workers who mined for sulphur."

Internationally acclaimed properties Kauri Cliffs and Cape Kidnappers have helped put New Zealand
on the radar of luxury travellers and media alike. "I am fortunate enough to manage two great lodge/golf courses in this wonderful country. The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs and The Farm at Cape Kidnappers. Both uniquely different in setting but with the highest levels of service and comfort. The greatest part of what I do is being able to look after wonderful people from all over the world and to share these wonderful properties with them. My favourite activity is quad biking, whether on the dunes of 90 Mile Beach or here on The Farm."
Julian Robertson, Managing Director, Kauri Cliffs & The Farm at Cape Kidnappers
Two Rivers of Marlborough takes its name from the iconic rivers that feed the wine growing heart of Marlborough’s renowned Wairau and Awatere Valleys. It was in the Awatere valley, overlooking the
braided river, that winemaker David Clouston spent his childhood. He now lives in the Wairau valley, where he has made his home and made his mark on the wine industry. "Our dream has been to select the finest parcels of fruit from the banks of both the Wairau and Awatere Rivers to craft wines that express the different microclimates peculiar to these two rivers. Our aim is to capture and emphasise the intense power of flavour for which Marlborough is famous, while adding complexity and elegance to our wines through traditional winemaking techniques."
